Process Solution EngineerSummaryQualified candidates will combine technical and customer service skills to provide differentiated RF/microwave interconnect solution for a broad range of requirements in various market segments. They will apply analytical and communication skills to assist customers in their product development process and provide on-site support as needed.Essential Duties and Responsibilities Collaborate with Business Development Managers and Program Managers to provide technical support, secure design wins, and drive revenue growth. Interface with customers, identify their needs, and develop differentiated solution. Support key account strategy by developing partnership with customer’s technical resources and providing subject matter expertise. Provide on-site product support and/or training to customers and sales channels. Present technology concepts to customers and/or sales channels in support of pre-sales activities. Support quoting activities with product configurations, cost analysis, and specification review. Communicate and work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to ensure that customer requirements are fully met. Funnel voice of customer (VoC) and voice of market (VoM) to Business Development, Marketing, Engineering, and Operations in support of continuous improvement and new product development. Work with Engineering and Marketing to create supporting documents such as product drawings, data sheets, and application notes. Support the creation and maintenance of marketing literature, including website, catalogs, media content, and technical papers. Participate in the design review and product release process.Qualifications/Requirements A bachelor's degree in an applied science, technology, or engineering discipline. Work experience in a technical role with customer interaction. Experience with RF/microwave technology, particularly transmission line theory and impedance matching
