The Quality Engineer works closely with Operations, Engineering, and Program Management to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend/implement solutions that improve product quality.Essential Duties and Responsibilities Helps coach and direct the team to develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with both internal and external customers, driving improved customer service. Supports the management system performance and helps ensures compliance with AS9100 and ISO9001 standards. Helps drives a “root-cause” company culture with respect to problem solving. Verifies effectiveness of problem resolution by monitoring production performance after implementation. Creates and helps ensure all team members are trained as required. Helps facilitate training systems to ensure proper workforce development and competence. Performs all other duties as assigned.Job Requirements BS Degree in Engineering or related field, or minimum four (4) years’ experience in Quality Department Minimum two (2) years’ experience in a Quality role. Experience utilizing Quality tools including: FMEA, Fishbone, 5 Why, 8D, Value Stream Map, Process Flow, etc.) Working knowledge of AS9100, OHSAS 18001 and IPC requirements Experience in Lean Manufacturing environment Excellent problem-solving, statistical and analytical skills Excellent computer skills including expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Excellent verbal and written communication skills Aerospace experience is a plus Experience in First Article Inspections and documentation is a plus

Materials Supervisor:Summary:The Materials Supervisor provides leadership to the Shipping, Receiving, Markerband Creation, Cut and Kardex teams.The Supervisor prioritizes work and directs the daily activities for the departments. The Supervisor is responsible toensure all products are received into the facility and stored appropriately. The Supervisor prioritizes and ensurescustomer products are packaged correctly and shipped to customers in a timely manner. This individual is responsiblefor utilizing labor hours efficiently to meet company needs and goals.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:• Supervises and leads the Shipping, Receiving, Markerband Creation, Cut and Kardex teams.• Schedules and prioritizes work and directs daily departmental activity.• Evaluate labor requirements and work with management to assure proper staffing levels.• Monitors the receiving of incoming shipments and stocking items in the warehouse.• Ensures accuracy and timeliness of all inventory transactions and physical movement of materials from receipt tostocking to distribution.• Conducts cycle counts and periodic physical inventories of Kardex, cut and work in progress.• Ensures that the stockroom and storage areas are laid out and organized effectively to ensure efficient operation.• Is responsible to monitor and maintain appropriate materials and supplies for the department.• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by directing and educating team members on best practices.• Train new team members on their job responsibilities.• Communicates and enforce company policies and initiate disciplinary actions as required.• Coach and discipline employees who fall short of job expectations, as appropriate.• Perform other tasks as assigned by Manager.Job Requirements:• HS diploma required. Quality InternSummaryQualified candidates for this position will be assisting the Quality department for the production staff. Duties will include product containment, layered process audits, and any other action that protects the integrity of our products and services. This position will work closely with machine operators, electrical testers, Manufacturing Engineers, Quality Engineers, and shift supervisors. An ideal candidate for this position has experience in electrical testing, manufacturing equipment setup/maintenance and is excited by the idea of identifying and solving problems.Essential Duties and Responsibilities Support root cause analysis and corrective action projects. Diagnose failure modes using various methods of detection and analysis. Analyze production flow metrics and generate recommendations for efficiency/improvement. Ability to analyze data for trends, casual factors, and corrective action. Understand engineering requirements and create First Article Inspection Reports. Communicate clearly with manufacturing and engineering about technical issues affecting Quality. Interact with technical management, technicians, and support personnel to coordinate, recommend, and confer regarding technical activities and progress. Perform other duties as assigned by manager.Qualifications/Requirements Associatedegree or equivalent experience – minimum 2 years Experience in electro-mechanical testing and manufacturing (RF and/or microwave experience preferred) Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite – Excel based tools for analysis Knowledge of network analyzers and spectrum analyzers (PNA/ENA) Familiarity with wire/cable harness manufacturing Lean Six Sigma experience a plus Some previous experience in Manufacturing Quality
